Breaking News: Police invade Abuja NLC headquarters

Heavily armed Policemen late Wednesday night invaded the Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, Headquarters, Abuja, commonly known as Labour House.


Though details of the invasion is still sketchy, Vanguard gathered that the stern looking policemen stormed the Labour House some few minutes to 9 pm and ransacked both the Second and 10th floors.

A source told Vanguard that “Comrades, armed security men, both in uniform and mufti just invaded the Labour House in their numbers and were at the 10th Floor and 2nd Floor.

“They broke into second floor and ransacked books at the bookshop carrying all the materials into their van claiming that the materials were used to incite and organize the recent protest.”
